Notes: good show. Not one of my favourite artists, but one of my girlfriend's. She's been a fan of Coal Chamber since I know her, and we went to the show to watch Dez Fafara play live in our country. Too bad that DevilDriver had to come here with one guitar player only, it was noticable that another guitar was needed there, some songs sounded "thin" with lack of power. Anyways, great show, good back-up show, good beer, good t-shirts and awesome CD's stand! I bought "Prophecy" from Soulfly there, first european edition!

25. Cypress Hill (feat. Chino Moreno) - (Rock) Superstar [cut, last 40 seconds only]

Recording notes: Great image, great sound. It came out excellent, very steady pictures (sometimes shaky, but think that there's no tripod involve in this), very cool sound, seems that it was listening good in the right balcony. As for the 40 seconds only of "(Rock) Superstar", the thing was that I was suspecting that this could happen, but I wasn't sure, so I didn't say to my girl to record it just in case. So, when Chino come out to sing, she grabbed the camera and started to tape it. Chino began singing in the last verse, so you're missing like 10 seconds from his performance with Cypress Hill only, it's not that much.

Show Notes: AMAZING SHOW!!!! I say this as a fan and as an spectator. Deftones seems to be in their best; Chino sounds gigantic, his voice is in the best shape possible since 1998, Stephens's riffs and excentric 8-strings guitars blew my mind, I was standing below him and those riffs where like fucking axes cutting down a tree. Abe destroyed his drum kit, he was hitting it very hard, like always. Sergio surprise me actually, I thought he was just touring, playing some songs and all that shit, but he putted his own sound on the bass lines; since he plays with picks instead of fingers, the bass sounded very brutal. Frank was doing his regular thing, chillin' out and enjoying the show.
I went to the show without great expectations, I was thinking that I was going to the greatest party ever and, partially, I was correct since Cypress Hill blew the motherfuckin' venue!! But Deftones demostrated that they can do their thing better than a few tours ago, they are musically and personally more matures and it was a pleasure to see them like that. Also, curious thing, from where I was standing from, when "Change" started, the light effects on the stage showed me that Chino was looking physically like 10 years ago, so that took me back to 2001 when this song came out and... well, I can't really described the emotion, it was like "White Pony" was just released the last month and they were touring to support it. Call me exagerated, but I fell that way.
I really want to thank my girlfriend, who taped the whole show from the right balcony; the bands that played, Cypress Hill was very intense, with a great fan base, and Deftones, well... read above what I think; and all the amazing crowd that was that night at the Malvinas Argentinas Stadium (too bad for the usual thieves that are always in the pit, but well...).
Hope you can enjoy this recording as much as I enjoyed the show!!

13. Blistered [cut]
14. Through And Through
15. What Will Remain [cut]

Recording notes: "Force Of Change", "Blistered" and "What Will Remain" were cut because some guy that works in the venue forced me to get out of the barrel I was sitting on to make some stupid shit for the night (the place is a discotheque at night). "What Will Remain" is cut like 2 seconds before the song begins to rock for real, "Force Of Change" is cut at the end and "Blistered" at the beggining.

Show notes: Very energetic show!!! The venue was pretty small and I had a column in my right side blocking, at least, one member per song. Also, I was sitting on a barrel right next to a speaker, so the sound came a little saturated, but I captured a great memory. There were a lot of stage dives, people singing with Rick Rodney's mic; in the middle of "Stand As One" there were some boxes floating around (first time seeing this, the band and me :P) and at the end of the song a monitor setted on fire. As I said, very energetic show. Rick Rodney went to the pit with the crowd in "Lift" making circle pits in the middle of the venue. What more can I say? 2011 began in an amazing way with an incredible show of one of the FEW TRUE AND GOOD HARDCORE bands that are still alive.

Notes: great Primus show!! I'm not a big fan, so I can't put too many details on how the songs were played and stuff, all that I can say is that the sound was awesome (little problems with the guitar at the beggining of the show, but Les is an excellet bass player, so you can say that the "bass and drum" version of "Tommy The Cat" turned out incredible), the crowd was intense and the band played in a great mood in my opinion. I ran out of battery 'cause I taped the Secret Chiefs 3 complete set also. Again, I need to buy a new battery right away.

Notes: incredible show!! This was the first time i listened to Secret Chiefs 3 and I was lucky that the first time was live, 'cause I think that watching/listening to this band live is waaaaay better than listening to an album. After the show, a friend of mine borrowed me one of their albums... it was great, but live is much better. Back to the show, the band rocked out the venue, the crowd was listening with a lot of attention and the result was just intense. In my opinion, this performance was better than Primus, but hey... is my opinion.
